Privacy & Terms

We keep this simple: we collect the least we can, we never sell your data, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.

What we collect

The app works without an account. If you choose to sign in, send feedback, or join a waitlist, we collect:

• Email address - to create and secure your account, reply to feedback, and send the product updates you ask for.
• Account identifier - a user ID used to sync your game history and settings across your devices.

Both are linked to your account and used only to run the app (“App Functionality”). We do not collect your contacts, location, health data, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics for tracking.

On your device by default

Without signing in, your matches, stats, and preferences stay on your device. Signing in is optional and only enables cross-device sync.

We don't track you

We don't use tracking technologies and declare no tracking domains. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising.

Who processes your data

• Apple - processes App Store purchases and in-app tips.
• Clerk - manages sign-in and account authentication.
• Convex - stores the game data you choose to sync.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. Email hello@teemlabs.app to access, correct, or delete your data.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.

Using our apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Teem Labs apps on your own devices. Please use them lawfully and don't attempt to break, abuse, or reverse-engineer them.

Tips and in-app purchases

Teem Darts Checkout is free. Any in-app purchases are optional tips that support development, they don't unlock features. Purchases are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms.

Provided “as is”

We work hard to keep the apps fast and reliable, but they're provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Teem Labs isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update the apps and these terms over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
